Bahama Breeze didn't have a gluten free menu on their website. After emailing them we can see why. While we do appreciate their honesty. I find it amazing that such a company would have no safe options for individuals that require a gluten free diet.
We certainly appreciate the dietary concerns related to celiac disease, and we wish it were possible to guarantee with 100% certainty that the seasonings in our menu items are gluten-free.
Unfortunately, we buy our seasonings from outside vendors, and in most cases they're not required to list all the spices in the product on the label.
As with all our guests, your health and safety are our number one concern. With that in mind, I'm afraid we can't safely answer your question. I can tell you that we are working on developing more allergen-free menu selections, including gluten-free items, for guests with your family's needs. Additionally, we now have nutritional information on our complete menu available on our website.
